This Privacy Policy explains how PRZIO (“PRZIO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit przio.com, use our application at app.przio.com, submit forms on our marketing site, or use our free web hosting and growth tools (together, the “Services”).

1. Who we are

PRZIO provides a platform that combines free web hosting (including static sites and WordPress deployments) with marketing and commerce tools such as website tracking, audience management, personalization and A/B testing, popup campaigns, forms, email campaigns, product recommendations, asset management, and AI-assisted chat experiences.

When you use PRZIO tools on your own websites or projects, you typically act as the controller of your visitors’ data, and PRZIO processes that data on your behalf as a processor/service provider, subject to our Terms and any data processing terms we make available.

2. Scope of this policy

This Policy covers:

  • Visitors to przio.com and related marketing pages;
  • People who contact us, book a demo, or submit lead forms;
  • Registered users of the PRZIO application and hosting projects; and
  • General practices for how the platform handles technical and account data.

It does not replace your own privacy notices to end users of sites you host or instrument with PRZIO. You are responsible for providing lawful notices and obtaining required consents for your use of tracking, personalization, messaging, and similar features.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you provide

  • Contact and demo forms: name, email address, phone number, company, website, subject, message, and interests you select.
  • Account information: name, email, password (stored in hashed form), organization or project details, and billing or plan information if you purchase paid features.
  • Support communications: content of emails or tickets you send to us.
  • Content you upload: website files, media, form configurations, campaign copy, product catalogs, and other materials you place in hosting or marketing tools.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Usage data: feature usage within the application, deployment events, and approximate interaction metrics needed to operate and improve the Services.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: as described in the Cookies section below.

3.3 Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from service providers (for example, analytics, authentication, email delivery, or payment processors) and from publicly available sources when relevant to security or support.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services (including hosting, tracking, personalization, campaigns, and related features);
  • Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support tickets;

6. Cookies and tracking

We and our partners may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to:

  • Measure traffic and understand how our marketing site is used;

  • Power product features such as visitor identification, audiences, experiments, and campaign attribution when you enable those tools on your projects.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality. If we deploy a cookie consent mechanism in your region, your choices there will also apply.

7. Customer and end-user data

If you use PRZIO Tracker, Audiences, Personalization, Popups, Forms, Email, Recommendations, Chatbot, or similar features on your websites:

  • You determine what data is collected from your visitors and how it is used;
  • You must have a lawful basis, provide appropriate notices, and honor opt-outs or consent requirements applicable to your audience;
  • We process such data to provide the Services according to your configuration and our Terms;
  • You should not instruct PRZIO to collect sensitive categories of data unless you have a clear lawful basis and the product expressly supports that use case.

8. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who perform services for us (hosting infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, customer support tools, payment processing), under contractual confidentiality and use restrictions;
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers or accountants when needed;
  • Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards.

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you.

9. International transfers

PRZIO may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) and take steps to protect personal data in accordance with this Policy.

10. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and context (for example, support emails vs. active project content). You may request deletion as described below, subject to legal exceptions.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for securing content you publish.

  • Object to certain processing or request data portability;
  • Opt out of marketing emails (via unsubscribe links or by contacting us);

To exercise rights related to data we control, email support@przio.com with sufficient detail to verify your request. If you are an end user of a customer’s site, please contact that customer first; we will assist them as required.

13. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated via the Services or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy, except where consent is required by law.
