Email campaigns, free to use

Free Email Campaign Manager

Build the email, choose who receives it, then schedule the send or let a website form trigger it. PRZIO gives you a free campaign manager for scheduled campaigns, automatic replies to form submissions, launch announcements, and retargeting emails to people already on your list.

What you can do with the free campaign manager

Most email tools ask for a card before you send a single campaign. PRZIO does not. You get a template builder, a scheduler, automatic sends triggered by your website forms, saved recipient folders, and a delivery record for every address, all inside the same project that hosts your site. Write the email once, reuse the template across campaigns, and let the rules handle the repeat work.

  • Free campaign manager with template building, scheduling, and automated sends included
  • Schedule any campaign for a future date and time, or send it immediately
  • Auto send an email the moment a visitor submits a form on your website
  • Reply to the person who submitted and alert your sales inbox from the same rule
  • Recipient folders build themselves from form leads, spreadsheet uploads, and manual entries
  • Personalise subject lines and body copy with variables such as {{name}} and {{email}}
  • Send through your own SMTP so mail leaves from your domain
  • Sent history records success, failure, and pending status with a send ID for every email

Campaign manager features in detail

Everything below sits in the campaign manager inside your PRZIO project. No plugin to install, no separate billing, no engineering ticket.

01

Drag and drop email template builder

Twenty seven ready blocks cover layout, headings, paragraphs, buttons, and images. A layers panel maps every element in the email, and a code editor sits beside it when you want to work on the HTML directly.

02

Live preview on phone, tablet, and desktop

The preview redraws as you type and switches between device widths, so you catch a broken column or an oversized image before anything goes out. You can share a preview link with a colleague for sign off.

03

Schedule and deploy campaigns

Pick a template, tick the recipient folders, write the subject, then set a send date and time. Send now pushes the campaign out immediately, while Schedule queues it in a live list you can filter by scheduled, sent, failed, or cancelled.

04

Automatic email on website form submission

An auto send rule watches one of your forms. When somebody submits it, the email goes out on its own. Send to the address detected in the submission, to a specific field such as work_email, to saved folders, or to fixed addresses. Combine them and each unique address receives one email.

05

Retargeting and repeat campaigns

Every form keeps its own lead folder with a running count, so emailing people who filled that form last month means selecting the folder and scheduling a new send. Nothing has to move through a spreadsheet first.

06

Launch campaigns planned in advance

Prepare the announcement, target the folders that should hear it first, and set the date. The campaign waits in the scheduled list until the send time, and you can pause or cancel it right up to the moment it fires.

07

Recipient folders and list building

Add recipients one at a time, upload a spreadsheet, or create folders for teams and segments. Form lead folders appear on their own, and picking one unlocks that form field variables in your subject line and body copy.

08

Delivery tracking and sent history

Every attempt is recorded with status, recipient, sender, template, timestamp, and a send ID you can copy. Filter by test, scheduled, or live sends, by success, failed, or pending, and open metrics on a single rule to see only its deliveries.

09

Your own SMTP configuration

Connect the mailbox you already use so campaigns send from your domain and your sender reputation rather than a shared address. Choose the SMTP profile per campaign or per rule.

10

Rule control and template reuse

Auto send rules can be paused, edited, or deleted at any time, and a live indicator shows which ones are running. Templates can be duplicated, renamed, and grouped in folders, and each card shows how many campaigns use it.

A look at the campaign manager

These are real screens from a live PRZIO project, not mockups.

PRZIO drag and drop email template builder with layers panel, HTML code editor, mobile preview, and a block library

Template builder with blocks, layers, and HTML

The layers panel on the left maps every element in the email. The middle pane switches between visual editing, raw HTML, and a split view. The block library on the right holds layout, text, button, and image blocks you can drop into any container. Edit with AI, a test send, and save all sit in the footer bar.

PRZIO email campaign scheduler showing template selection, SMTP configuration, subject line variables, recipient folders, and send date and time fields

Schedule a campaign on one screen

Choose the template and SMTP profile, write a subject with {{email}} or {{name}} chips, tick the recipient folders with their lead counts, then set the date and time. The live preview on the right renders the exact email, and you can click any line in it to edit the copy inline before sending.

PRZIO auto send rule builder that triggers an email when a website form is submitted, with submitter, dynamic field, and fixed recipient options

Auto send rules for form submissions

Name the rule, pick the form and the template, then decide who gets the email. Submitter email is detected from the submission automatically. Dynamic field sends to an address held in a field you name. Fixed recipients cover saved folders and static addresses such as your sales inbox. Subject and body accept any {{fieldName}} from the form.

Live rules you can pause any time

Each active rule shows the form it listens to, the template it sends, the subject line, and the recipients. A green pulse marks the rules that are running. Metrics opens the deliveries for that rule alone, and one click deactivates it without deleting the setup.

PRZIO recipient manager with form lead folders created from website form submissions and manual recipient folders

Recipient folders that fill themselves

Form leads are grouped by the form that captured them, with a live count beside each folder. Alongside them you can create your own folders, add recipients by hand, or upload a spreadsheet. Any folder here can be selected as the audience for a scheduled campaign.

PRZIO sent history page listing delivered emails with success status, recipient, sender, template, and copyable send ID

Sent history for every delivery

Every email the project has attempted appears here with its status and timestamp. Filter by send type or status, search by address, subject, template, or sender, and paste a send ID to jump straight to one delivery. Totals for success and failure sit in the sidebar.

Set up your first campaign in three steps

Nothing here needs a developer. Most teams get a scheduled campaign and an automatic form reply running in the same session.

Step 01

Build the email

Open the builder, drop in blocks or paste HTML you already have, then check the preview on mobile and desktop. Save it and the template is ready to reuse in any campaign.

Step 02

Choose the recipients

Pick a form lead folder, a team folder, or a list you uploaded. The count beside each folder tells you how many people the campaign will reach before you commit.

Step 03

Schedule it or trigger it

Set a date and time for a one off send, or create an auto send rule so the email fires on every form submission. Sent history then confirms which addresses received it.

What teams use the campaign manager for

Pick the one that costs you the most time today and set it up first.

Website form auto reply

A visitor submits a contact, demo, or waitlist form and gets a branded confirmation within seconds, with their own details written into the copy.

Internal lead alerts

The same submission notifies sales at a fixed address, so nobody waits on a daily export to learn that a lead arrived.

New product launch

Prepare the announcement, target the folders that should hear it first, and schedule the send for launch morning.

Retargeting past leads

Email people who filled a form weeks ago with a follow up offer, using the lead folder that form already created for you.

Newsletters and updates

Reuse one template every week, change the copy in the builder, and schedule it into the same slot each time.

Welcome and onboarding mail

Greet new subscribers with setup instructions and links, sent automatically the moment they join a list.

Why the campaign manager is free

PRZIO already hosts your site, captures your leads, and runs your onsite campaigns. Email is the step that turns those leads into conversations, so charging for it would break the chain. Template building, scheduling, auto send rules, recipient folders, and delivery history are open to every project, and you connect your own SMTP so sending cost stays with your mailbox provider rather than a per contact bill.

Scheduling and deploying an email campaign

A scheduled campaign needs four decisions: which template, which SMTP profile, who receives it, and when. The composer keeps all four on one screen with the rendered email beside them, so you are never guessing what the recipient will open. Send now deploys straight away. Schedule places the campaign in a queue you can filter by scheduled, sent, failed, or cancelled, and every campaign in that list can be paused or cancelled before it goes out.

Subject lines take variables, so a single campaign can greet each recipient by name. Pick a form lead folder and the fields collected by that form become available as variables too, which means a launch email can reference the product someone asked about.

Automatic email from website form submissions

Auto send rules remove the manual reply. Attach a rule to any form built with PRZIO Forms, choose the template, and set the recipients. The submitter option finds the email address inside the submission on its own, so no field mapping is needed for a standard contact form. When the address lives somewhere unusual, point the rule at that field by name. Add fixed recipients and the same submission also lands in your sales inbox.

Rules run until you stop them. The active rules screen shows which are live, what they send, and who they send to, with pause, edit, and delete on each row. Because both the visitor confirmation and the internal alert can come from the same submission, one form can cover the customer experience and the handoff to your team.

Retargeting people who already know you

Leads collected through forms and popup campaigns stay grouped in folders, so a follow up campaign is a folder selection rather than a data project. Combine that with signals from the website tracker and audience manager to decide who is worth a second email and what offer belongs in it. Nobody has to download a CSV, clean it, and upload it somewhere else.

Campaigns for a new product launch

Launch email works best when it is written early and sent on time. Build the announcement in the template builder, preview it on mobile where most of it will be read, then schedule it against the folders that should hear first. Run a test send to yourself, keep the campaign in the queue, and adjust the copy in the preview until the send time arrives. Point the call to action at a landing page on your PRZIO hosted site so the click lands somewhere relevant.

Tracking what actually landed

Open rates alone tell you very little. Sent history records the outcome of every individual send, marked success, failed, or pending, with the recipient, the sender, the template used, and a send ID you can copy into a support ticket. Rule level metrics narrow that view to one automation, which is how you confirm that every form submission this week really did get an answer.

Free email campaign manager: common questions

Is the email campaign manager really free?

Yes. Building templates, scheduling campaigns, and running auto send rules are part of the free campaign manager in your PRZIO project. Create an account, open the tool, and start sending.

Can I schedule an email campaign for a future date and time?

Yes. Choose the template, the recipient folders, and the subject, then set a send date and time. The campaign sits in the scheduled list until it goes out, and you can pause or cancel it before then.

How do I send an automatic email when someone submits a form on my website?

Create an auto send rule, pick the form, pick the email template, and choose the recipients. The rule fires on every submission from that point on, and one click switches it off again.

Can the same submission email the visitor and my team?

Yes. A single rule can send to the submitter address detected in the form, to an address held in a specific field, and to saved folders or static addresses at once. Each unique address receives one email.

Can I send from my own email domain?

Yes. Add your SMTP configuration and select it on the campaign or the rule, so mail is sent from your own mailbox and domain rather than a shared sender.

Can I retarget people who filled a form earlier?

Yes. Every form keeps its own lead folder with a live count. Select that folder in a new campaign to reach the same people again without exporting anything.

Can I edit the raw HTML of an email template?

Yes. The builder puts a code editor beside the preview, so you can paste an existing HTML email, adjust it line by line, and carry on editing visually afterwards.

How do I know whether an email was delivered?

Sent history lists every attempt with status, recipient, sender, template, and a send ID. Filter by success, failed, or pending, or paste a send ID to open a single delivery.

Do I need a developer to set this up?

No. The builder, the scheduler, and the rules are all point and click. The one technical step is entering SMTP details once, and support can walk you through it.
